3800 Campbell Street The stucco and stone, wood frame house was built in 1907. The Prairie School house was designed by Wilder and Wight.

The house was placed on the Kansas City Register of Historic Places on July 6, 1978. This was the third building nominated to the Kansas City Register. The Landmarks Commission determined that it is significant as an early, local example of the Prairie School style of architecture as designed by architects Wilder and Wight.
